This is customer loyalty going the way of Julius Caesar on the Ides of March. This is the opposite of customer loyalty. And support won’t help me with their game crashing unless I choose to start over. I’ve gotten 8 L4 dragons every weekend from my fully updated event portal for well over a year. I have been playing Merge Dragons regularly for almost 5 years. When I asked them to clarify, support said I had an “unusual number of dragon power.” When I asked for further clarification, I was told that due to my 1.6 million dragon power support could not help me. When I made this point, support said I had “unusual activity” on my account. I was livid that I lost the tier 2 nests.įirst support asked for a screenshot I haven’t spent my time in camp since the crashing began so my camp is a disaster and I have at least 2 months worth of loot orbs. Last week I merged L4 dragons and the game crashed when I tried to exit to the world map. This game has been crashing on and off for months.
